I Love Hello Kitty Forever

You know how much I adore Forever 21 because you've seen me a lot in their clothes. Right now, they've got new collections of made-of-faux-leather-clothes, sweaters aaaaaaaannd the Hello Kitty Forever which is so chic and adorable! I super love Hello Kitty, that when I was a kid (until high-school I guess) I have a lot of stuffs with her face on it. I have like disc player, coffee maker and a lot lot more made of her. Ultimate dream is to go to Japan and visit Sanrio Puroland! hah! - someday. :) 

I never thought Hello Kitty could look so chic in ladies wear until the Sanrio x Forever 21 collab! Here, take a look at the collection and be delighted as I am.

I bet those Hello Kitty lovers can't get enough of these pretty stuffs already!  I love the striped sweater with bow the most! But I haven't seen it from my last visit in Forever 21 though, will check again.  How about you?

Wore this to the Esprit Timewear Fashion Show. For those of you who didn't know, HappyBoon is just my little sideline and Im working full-time in a retail company that distributes designer timepieces, eyewear and jewelries. So, this is one successful event that was organize by my great office mates (yours truly belong to the Eyewear team). They've been really digging hard for this event to be awesome since its the first time our company ever did a fashion show so all hopes are up and the pressure is boiling. It came out really fab so kudos to them- I'm so proud! Anyway, theme of the event is Autumn Glam because of the latest watch collection, I could say my outfit managed to be match y-matchy with the colors and all though its not mega-glam as you can see but I made sure I wore clothes that looks and speaks Esprit enough - Smart Casual.

Modern Tribe

Long weekend's over and here we go again back to the same old routine. Anyway, wore this outfit yesterday to Church and then watched Wreck-it Ralph afterwards (it brought back the memories from my childhood days playing Street Fighter and Pacman through family computer). I didn't want to go for girly-girl with the skirt and all so I opted to wear this denim vest over - not to mention for the nth time. One thing I really adore is the print of this skirt I bought at Forever 21 about (i think) a year ago already, its perfect for Summer.

Oh, and on a random note I just like to share that I got a new hobby - reading books! Haha, as if it's not a normal thing people do. But yah, to the point that I'm hoarding books already and when I finish one, I find myself standing by the shelves of bookstores again looking for my next read. As of the moment, I devour myself with Chic-lit books, ie. Sophie Kinsella's, Cecelia Ahern's and Susan Elizabeth Philip's - humorous and light, enough to keep me through the day.

Oh hello dear readers! For so many reasons I wasn't able to update my blog for ages. I guess October hasn't been so good to me, one of the reasons why is that I lost my iPhone, well actually it was stolen...at home. But I'm all over that already and I managed to live without it for almost a month now. It's not easy but I chose not to lure on being bitter about what happened. I miss Instagram though. :)

Presenting my Sunday dress. Toink. Well, other than dresses and jumpsuits, rompers are such solver when it comes to those i-dont-know-what-to-wear-or-lazy-to-dress-up-days. The best way to not make it appear so lazy? Is by adding the finishing touch of a vest, blazer, cardigan or jacket...and accessories of course. Who would think that you just came up with this look for less than 5 mins?

One Way

Don't you sometimes think that 24 hours a day is just not enough? There are moments when I wish I got more, given all the things I need to do and still want to do in my life on a daily basis. But I'm still thankful though, cause at the end of the day, even I, didn't know how on Earth I am able to carry on with all the responsibilities. Then I realized, I did it because of God's grace and His given strength. The things is, whenever we are in need of help, we just have to remember that there is someone of greater power Who's always ready to help us. You just have to ask.

  

Onto my outfit: Wore this last Friday to the mountain. Yes, you read that right! The mountain where the modern house of prayer of our church is located.  Went there for 2013 activity planning and all. Since we are just going to lounge there the whole time, I made sure to wear  the most comfortable clothes. The best feeling was waking up the next day, feeling the fresh air and overlooking the great view of the Metro.
