I think, a girl can do anything for the love of fashion. In this case, even though its burning here in Manila i insisted to wear this black blazer i got on sale from Forever 21. :) Who cares? it looks good, besides i paired it with shorts to create some balance. Any signs that i felt hot in the picture? of course, my hair. haha, it was the first time i went out and pull them up in a messy bun, because again its really hot. Also, i've always wanted to try it but im not comfortable showing my forehead at all, thinking its kinda big for my small face and ever since, ive always had bangs. 

How's summer so far?

First of all, Congratulations to my sister Jane who just graduated BS Nursing last week!

Woohoo! Welcome to the real world where you need to work for your future, lol. :)

Wore this on her grad day, didn't attended the ceremony though, because only 3 persons were allowed plus i don't think im willing to spend the long hours again (last was my grad). Haha. So i spent the day by attending Sunday service of course and watching Battleship with Neil, my brother and cousin after to to kill time - nice movie by the way! :)

Outfit Details: Look at my top! Lovin' the denim/sheer combo! Such a steal from the last SuperSale bazaar i went to. :) Got the jeans on sale at Topshop last week, ehem.. during one lunch out at work. :D and this chic suede heels i got at Jcubeonline Boutique is surprisingly comfy! i walked the whole day in it and my feet didn't hurt at all. They've got really nice collections so feel free to check their site for more! :)

Wore this on a Friday out with my friends to experience the Walkway.

Its scorching that day so i made myself comfortable by wearing light and bright clothes.

Brought my fedora and sunnies for a little sun protection.

Anyway, onto much relevant subject.

Holy Week is just about to end and i do hope everybody got to use of their time off not just to relax or take a break but to reflect and remember what Jesus Christ sacrificed for all of us. Yesterday (on a Good Friday) i had a chance to visit The Walkway in Bonifacio Highstreet - reflections on the Stations of the Cross. What i like about it is that its not the traditional thing that religious people normally do (which sometimes lead to a routine instead of really connecting or feeling it). At the Walkway, each station stop will let you reflect on every step that Jesus took to save you and how are you doing with your life knowing it. 

REMEMBER:

"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son, so that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life." - John 3:16

I like that Forever 21 somehow made a way to remind their customers by printing it in their plastic bags.

Sure, no ones perfect and despite our imperfections God loves us that's why He gave His only Son to save us from all our sins. We only have to ACCEPT and LET HIM INTO OUR LIVES.

Have a blessed Easter and Praise God because on that same day in history, He has risen! :)

See how confusing the climate here in Manila is? Wore this the day before i wore that colorful summer-esque outfit i posted here

At first, i wasn't really sure if its going to rain because it was kinda sunny at the same time but you know in times like this, you've got to play the wardrobe safely. Haha, so i thought technically its Summer that's why i wore shorts and spaghetti strapped top and then the beige coat and brown socks went in when i was thinking of "just in case it rains".:)

 

PS: Need to get my roots fixed! and i want to get a perm, watcha think? :)

What i love most about Summer? Colors and prints! :)

Gosh, I've been hoarding stuffs for the past few days loading up for the happy season! :)

I love shopping during these days, everything in store is such an eye-candy - so hard to resist!

On to my outfit: 

Love this Neon light green top with cut-outs on shoulders i bought on Sale (P275 or around $6!) at Forever 21. Paired it with a skort with such bold and lovely floral print! What could be more summer-esque than that! 

PS: Weather! Please be normal and make up your mind :)
