Hi there!

Its been a very busy season, can't even feel that tomorrow eve is already Christmas. Gotta blame it on work i guess :)

Can't say more but let me greet you a:

The OLD DAYS ARE OVER

Oh, have you noticed my title? It's because I've been hearing and singing The Dog Days Are Over by Florence and The Machine over and over again this past few days :)

Basically this post is all about my last visit to my Alma matter UST. I went to celebrate the Paskuhan which happens every year. It's like a university wide Christmas party for all Thomasians and alumni. Went there with my office friends which are by the way my fellow schoolmates too and Boyfie which is yah, from there too.

I've been teasing my hungry friends how they can't afford not to eat rice

me and neil just ordered some hotdogs plus this disappointing NY fries fresh soaked in overflowing oil. we love NY fries esp during movies, i guess due to the public demands that time they weren't able to cook it well.

 this is where i grew up.. oh, i miss college! i miss CFAD(college of fine arts and design)!

Reminiscing the old times, when our relationship was still new. I owe my beloved school for the fun memories we had together in those early years.

Then after that, went straight home :)

Then after this.. the traffic killed us. He actually has a plan of getting us into a nice Spa for some unwinding but that was long before we saw every highway. Darn. Anyway, we just decided to do something else instead of wasting our time on the road and doing nothing.

We ended up shopping in replacement of the spa thing. i asked if we could justgo to Megamall instead (with Forever 21 in mind) :)

Well, the long day didn't end there, we decided to eat in Banchetto and went home around 3am in the morning already..

It was a loooooong day, and i had so much fun! Thanks to Neil. <3

Friday Madness

Last Friday i received my 13th month pay but that didn't make me super happy because almost every single peso already has its where-to-go. Anyway, somehow i want to enjoy some of that so i asked Neil to have dinner in Highstreet. We ended up going for TGIF since it's Friday, haha. ok just kidding. These are the food we ordered:

 Fried Mozzarella with salsa dip (my fave!)

Then, before Prawns and chicken fillet, Java rice and chicken fingers arrived we had a bit of an argument. Great. And because of that i didn't anymore bother to take pictures of the rest since my happy mood is all gone by then. The dinner that was suppose to be my good food treat for us turned out to be a no talk dinner but squabbles. I really hate that happened, and to cut the story short..

he offered me a peace hug <3 awww. i couldn't explain further but he always has his amusing ways to cheer me up. He even kid and said "ok smile, picture picture na" (ok, we'll now proceed to picture taking, smile!). Haha, that's for some outfit shots which is a regular thing whenever we go out. After a few shots, just to add extra happiness for the night, i offered him to have some:

Oh Happy day!

Recently, I started to feel so overwhelmed about the Christmas season and because of that I noticed that I've been spending so much on gifts, gifts and more gifts for my self!:)

I'm soo happy when i saw this! It could actually be a cheap substitute for Copen by Jeffrey Campbell! Of course, i am not "yet" capable to buy everything i want so I'll just be happy with this. Anyway, aside from the fact that it looks so chic it's surprisingly comfortable too! I've tried that just yesterday and i swear i could actually run in them!

Went to the famous hang-out or should I say eat-till-you-get-fat spot last Friday. If you super love eating, you shouldn't dare miss to visit Banchetto (an Italian word meaning "feast") right at the heart of Ortigas Center. It's an overnight STREET FOOD FIESTA happening every Friday from 12mn till 11am of Saturday only. You will be surprised to the huge selection of food, from Filipino to Japanese to Persian, to Italian and from all other parts of the world! Ok, I'm exaggerating, but really if you go there for the first time and famished, you will encounter the same problem that people there are also complaining about- "What to eat!" Oh my, even though you have something in mind, you will still get bewildered from a whole street full of not mentioning the people, what else but food. The experience was fun though, so I'm thinking of going back there as soon as it's Friday! And the next time, i won't fail to take some photos even if it means to bang people, hah! 

By the way, I'll give you a tip; if you want to score a table, make sure to be there at around 11:15 and stand right where they going to set it up.

After several attempts to eat in Banapple, at last we made it! My boyfie Neil and I were so lucky to arrive at the place earlier than usual, meaning - less people waiting to be seated and there are still about 3 available parking slots. While waiting for our seats and looking at the menu we were drooling, oh my! there are lots of food choices that you will get confused on what to order esp when you are so hungry and you just want everything. Well, there's always a next time to try out the others, right? Wish i would've taken shots of the cake counter and their menu so that you'll drool too. hee :))

After dinner, we felt like it's still too early to go home so we grabbed ourselves drinks from Starbucks. Mine was iced cafe mocha while his was signature hot choco. mmmm :)
